- Supporting Financial Documents and data entry
- Standing in for the clerk when required
- Supporting with local events
Admin Assistant
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and public enquiries
- Assisting with document preparation and data entry
- Maintaining filing systems and council records
- Supporting event planning and meeting arrangements
- Providing general office support to the clerk and councillors
Caretaker / Maintenance
- Carrying out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensuring public spaces, halls, and grounds are clean and safe
- Opening and securing buildings for events or regular use
- Monitoring and reporting any damage or issues
- Supporting community events with setup and takedown
